GRR Rims Repair ("GRR", "we") provides mobile and in-shop wheel/rim repair services and is operated by FGCHH TechLabs. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Services & quotes

  • Quotes are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by a technician after reviewing photos and the wheel condition.
  • We may decline or adjust service if the wheel condition differs from what was described.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Square). Deposits, service fees, taxes and delivery fees, when applicable, are shown before you pay.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Sender: Text messages are sent by GRR Rims Repair, operated by FGCHH TechLabs, from toll-free number +1 (888) 625-1117. Every message identifies GRR Rims Repair as the sender.

Program (three separate consents, each optional): (1) one-time verification codes — one message per verification request, only if you checked the verification-code box; (2) automated service updates about your order, estimate and services (status, appointments, mobile tracking, invoices and maintenance) — only if you checked the service-updates box; and (3) promotional offers, discounts and member perks — only if you checked the promotional box. Each box is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Requesting a quote or receiving service does not require SMS consent: the only required box on the form authorizes processing your quote request and accepts these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not opt into SMS, your verification code is sent by email.

How to opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our web form at fgchhtechlabs.com/grr/start (see the opt-in example at fgchhtechlabs.com/grr/sms). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: verification codes: one message per request. Service updates and promotional messages: frequency varies with your activity, approximately 4-6 messages per month for each program you opted into.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email support@fgchhtechlabs.com.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pending request before work begins by contacting us. Deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable once materials or mobile dispatch are committed, as disclosed at booking.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Servicios y cotizaciones

Pagos

Los pagos los procesa nuestro proveedor (Square). Los depósitos, cargos de servicio, impuestos y tarifas de entrega, cuando aplican, se muestran antes de pagar.

Términos de SMS / Mensajes de texto

Programa (tres consentimientos separados, cada uno opcional): (1) códigos de verificación de un solo uso, solo si marcó esa casilla; (2) avisos automáticos de servicio sobre su orden, cotización y servicios (estado, citas, seguimiento del servicio móvil, facturas y mantenimiento), solo si marcó esa casilla; y (3) ofertas promocionales, descuentos y beneficios de miembro, solo si marcó la casilla de promociones. Ninguna casilla viene marcada y el consentimiento no es condición de ninguna compra.

Cómo dar consentimiento: Usted acepta ingresando su número móvil y marcando la casilla de consentimiento en nuestro formulario web en fgchhtechlabs.com/grr/start (vea el ejemplo de opt-in en fgchhtechlabs.com/grr/sms). El consentimiento no es condición de compra.

Frecuencia: varía según su actividad — normalmente unos pocos mensajes por solicitud u orden.

Cancelaciones

Puede cancelar una solicitud pendiente antes de iniciar el trabajo contactándonos. Los depósitos de trabajo agendado pueden no ser reembolsables una vez comprometidos los materiales o el despacho móvil, según se informe al agendar.

Limitación de responsabilidad

Los servicios se ofrecen "tal cual" en la medida permitida por la ley. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita al monto pagado por el servicio específico.
